I agree that a 4-5 page site is better then a 1 page site...and a 10 page site is better then a 5 page site and a 100 pages is better still...with 200 domains to monetize one needs to pick their battles, more isn't always better, efficiency is important here.

I would take the best names and build mini sites with multi pages,
for the next best names Id build one page sites and then Id park the rest.
