I have 200 domain names all brand new and fresh all created in a week. I know there is cash parking, then creating mini-sites each.

Why did you buy them? That should tell you what to do with them.

Put adsense on there (as long as you have plenty of quality content on the page), and you will earn far more than parking.

Unfortunately a lot of parking relies on IBL and of course knowledge that the domain exists (directly typed URLs).

Parking does not rely on links. Previously owned domains with no natural type-ins depend on links. Type-ins/direct navigation (directly typed URLs as you put it) often arrive at a domain to see IF a site exists, not due to knowledge that the domain exists.
