Also off topic, a little bit . . .was working with a not-so technical client and trying to get her domain set up on a new server. We managed to get in and get the DNS changed, but when we tried to transfer to another host, it was in lock for 90 days. The domain was pending expiration. As I was working with the N.S. tech, out of nowhere she puts me on hold. When she comes back what she'd done was call the client and literally bullied her into doing a renewal.

In addition to never recommending anyone to N.S., they now get to hear this little anecdote.
