If no one is bidding the name up and all bidders are inactive best bet IMHO is to wait till the 3 minute mark and put in a bid. Reason being is at Snapnames if you try to put a bid in the last 2 minutes it adds another 7 minutes to the auction. If you place your bid at 3 minutes there is a small chance that the other bidders will not be watching and you will ride out the last 3 minutes to get the name.
snapnames the last 3 minutes is the time to bid.
