Please take a look at this recent thread in this forum, as the situation may be nearly identical to yours:

The chances are very good that you can still renew (or redeem) the domain name ... that it is only parked during the "expiration process".

You need to move FAST ;-) ... CALL the Registrar (not the reseller).
