Well, if you count the contact page, I don't have any one page sites - I have 2 page minisites.

Lets be clear - I'm talking plenty of genuine, useful content - a million miles away from a DIY parking page with just keywords on it - or a thin, useless MFA site

Actually, I could probably split the content up into 2-3 small pages quite easily and then I have a 3-4 page minisite (including the contact page) - but I didn't do it because I never considered that there may be a problem with 1 page sites.

This is the only way I can monetize my domains until I get around to putting a full scale site on them - none of my domains gets more than 1-2 "type in" visitors a year - so normal parking is earning me nothing.
