The parking companies are able to get around these issues because they participate in Adsense for Domains.
I thought that one page minisites and custom parking pages (no content/undeveloped sites) violate the TOS of Adsense? I checked the Adsense website but couldn't find a reference, however, I thought I saw it was not permitted.
