There is a provision in the regulations where a fraudulent, abusive or speculative registration can be challenged. A lot of the squatters are going to get hammered on this one. Hell, it might even become a sport. :)
For instance webmaterworld doesn't have an EU office that I know of. As a result, Brett can't register webmasterworld.eu. Then, after the sunrise period, any (European?) pornmaster can register it?
