Trademarks do not work retroactively with regard to domain names. If someone else has already registered a domain name before you register a trademark, you do not suddenly gain a claim on an existing domain just because you registered a new trademark.

Let me get this straight: you've gone into competition against your former boss in the same industry? And you're accusing him of stooping low?
