I wasn't looking for legal advise but figured if somone knew of any other cases/examples I could research that they knew of then it would lead me in the right direction. I did some other research and found a great example of case law which someone had to go through with a domain. It is Taubmansucks.com. If anyone wants to research it even the ACLU got involved to help this domain owner.
