I recently undertook a job for a friend to redo their clubs website. The start of a nightmare!
I asked for the username and password to gain access to the account, no one knew any of this information. I then asked for the current domain details i.e. registrar and host, guess what no one knew, fair enough I carried out a whois and found that it was hosted with Lycos. When doing this whois check the registrar came up with a .de name that does not seem to register .co.uk names. Does anyone know if you register your domain through Lycos that it comes up with another registrar in Denmark (de)?
