1) most of the better ones will. They create hashes of pages (adding all the characters together), when those hashes are "close", the page is considered duplicate, even if on another domain.

a) very difficult in this atmosphere. I have a few myself that would have been worth 5-6 figures even last summer. Now they are worth 3 figures. Finding good info on names is difficult. aka: buy low, sell high. It's worth what you can get out of it.

b) ebay is a poor place to sell domains. And I never have figured out why.
Best way? Direct snail mail targeted marketing. Find those in the topic area and snail mail them with a personal letter. Even a couple hundred letters can make the difference between a $500 sale and $5000 sale.
