For example I would lay my house on your getting 10 times more money for creditcards.com or carinsurance.com than coffee.com or pizza.com. As you probably already know - when they come back with an offer it is almost certainly 50 - 99% lower than they will be willing to pay! Good luck ;) TW
Look at the most mature markets and where any potential buyer could make BIG money as that's what they'll speculate on when buying the domain.
