Part of a certain website (which is publicly accessible, ie requires no passwords etc) is impossible to reach through a keyword search using any search engine I've tried. Typing in exact words and phrases displayed on this part of the website produces absolutely no results.

Is this a form of cloaking? Why might the webmaster have done this and how can I bypass this method?

I suspect the website may be trying to shield the names revealed on it from being searched for and found by people looking for info on those whom it identifies. I'm curious as to what other similar info might be available on the web but hidden through this method.
