I wouldn't add links to non-legit websites in the first place.

Web crawlers like Googlebot use cookies so that's not enough to keep a crawler out, you would have to forbid it to crawl that page by blocking it in robots.txt and possibly adding a meta NOINDEX, which still doesn't stop them all the time.

The best solution is to physically block access to that page in your .htaccess file but Google has many bots and if you allow any to hit that page, it's all over with.
