Cloaking is serving *different* content for a given URL, depending on who is requesting that URL. Further, if you go by the search engines' definition, cloaking is serving different content to search engines and to visitors with an intention to deceive one or both. Jim
It wasn't cloaking, it was just that they don't know what they are doing.
