Thank you for sharing your thoughts on this important and controversial issue, it still leaves me with a nagging question though. It seems that you accept that by it's very nature "personalised delivery" will serve different content to the user than that which the spider sees. Where do you draw the line, what is an acceptable "difference"? Is a page of random text with keywords inserted at the "appropriate" density, targeted at a keyword that is relevant to the site, an example of "good cloaking"?
