DaveAtIFG, what you say is logical and maybe the usual case with hosting companies, but not affinity.com. however, i have a letter signed by affinity official in my hand that says when a data of affinity.com's customer is lost because of customer mistake, affinity or third party affinity will be able and will recover customer data. if affinity.com's "daily backups" means general system backup and not individual backups for every site why affinity needs to put it on thier hostig plan description since it is already common sence that they back up affinity's systems naturally. it then has nothing to do with the plan affinity user wants to buy. after all this, i belive i raised my case DaveAtIFG. wouldn't i have the singed document by affinity which guarantes that under any circumstances affinity will ba able to recover the data i would not make much noise. but thigs are different when call affinity as a new customer and then as an existing customer. my advice to all is that do not always trust your hosting company especially ones like affinity.com
