In Webtrends, you can change the default for top search phrases, search phrases by search engine, and top keywords when you run the report. The dialogue box you use to edit the title, filename, etc contains a report content tab; click on it and drill down into referrers and keywords; clicking on an item in the list will display context-sensitive settings you can change, like the max length of the keyword list in the report. You can also save the profile so you don't have to do this every time.
