If you have recently updated Firefox to v. 14, or if you have it set to auto-update you may find useful information here: [webmasterworld.com...]
If that is not the case I would contact the people who you paid for the certificate. Since you aren't seeing any issue in IE I would be suspecting something that only FF can see. It may help if you can check your server responses. There is a FF plugin called http live headers that letes you see the requests and responses between your browser and the server. It is not very user friendly for deciphering, but if you take your time you may find clues in that dialogue.
