One trick might be to create a password protected site on your server with the DocumentRoot of that site set to the main directory of your Exim log directory. If you set the Apache options to show directory listings, all the Exim log files will be directly accesible through your browser.

But as I already mentioned be sure to use proper .htaccess settings to control access to this site, because otherwise everyone may be able to view your logs.
