Hi all,
we run a web-based helpdesk application (made by us) for clients, and one feature of this application is that it automatically e-mails 'alerts' to clients. However sometimes we get complaints that the e-mails aren't being sent.

Is there some easy to use add-on for our server that will easily let me check the e-mail logs for outgoing e-mails.

Our server maint. people tell me we can log in via root to the Exim main logs, but that's not too user-friendly a method for us. Is there any better tool - that might be more 'accessible'?
