So, it's time for a new server. We'll get one to maintain our documents (that's another story), but we're being advised to scrap Outlook and use Gmail Professional.

Now, folks, email is where everything really is, right? Still, I'm having problems with seeing a downside here. But, I'm not a gearhead or a geek. Just, everyone I know that has a biz has their email on their server...
