I'm automating data transfers from a windows site to a LAMP site using an SFTP scripting client on Windows Server 2003 and the bin/ssh folder on Plesk.

Can I lock this down so that the Windows server can only issue put & put with overwrite. Can it belimited even more to just csv files. How?
