I think in the near future, countries will go on war in cyber space rather than fighting man to man with guns etc.

I doubt a country will surrender simply because some of their servers are unresponsive.

Like any strategy, it'll simply be a small part in general warfare. In the end, you still need to put a real bullet between the eyes of the crazy tyrant that started it all.
