I am looking to imbed a webcam into my web site so that visitors can get a virtual tour of our showroom and see our widgets live and up close.

From what I am reading streaming flash video is the way to go. Can anyone tell me how this is done and what software to use?

Do I host software on our office computer and just insert a link into a section in our site? Would it be a piece of code like the YouTube code?

Please help.
