You should take into account that Authorize.net does allow everything you're interested in, but it must be coded. I try to keep everything outside of the gateway/merchant, on my systems. Then, it all comes down to charges, credits and sometimes sending these in batches.

Is there really a service that will provide some interface for scheduling all of your transactions based on your criteria and timeframe?
