both worldpay and ccnow will allow high value items.

worldpay will allow any amount up to the card transaction ceiling imposed by the card issuers providing there is sufficient available credit on the card. the ceiling is something like £15,000 on a normal visa / mastercard. might be higher on some cards.

i haven't checked on this, but i was told that ccnow has a limit of $10,000 per transaction - you'll need to check this with them as it could be the same "maximum" limit as imposed by the card issuers. i know they definitely will allow transactions for several thousand $$$.
