Thanks for the suggestion of Mal's eCommerce. It's the part about it being hosted by them that is an issue for me. I don't like the idea of a user being sent to a different url for commerce, although I understand the look and feel can be customized. I'm not sure how many people would be turned off by realizing they are leaving my client's site (and I know they would probably have to be a savvy user to notice that), but it's a concern of mine.

Of course, I could launch the shopping cart in a popup window and for conference registrations, that might not be a bad idea.

Something to think about anyway.
