What even weirder is that most of the time, our "receipt" email gets through, but the email from our affiliate(the one that the customer really needs) doesn't. I mean we're used to saying that if they don't see the email in their regular inbox check the junk mail folder, but it seems that they're not even making into there either, and no bounced email messages back either.
Is anyone experiencing problems sending emails to hotmail accounts in the past few days? Seems like we've had a spike in customers calling up and saying that they didn't receive an email, and the common thread here is that its a hotmail account.
