My claim was denied!
I just received the letter in the mail today. I just appealed online.
The tracking shows it was delivered but the customer claims non-receipt.
I have been having more of these lately. Seems like 5 to 7 orders per month.
How does FedEx handle a package that a customer claims non-receipt?
