Your explanation doesn't make complete sense.
I'm sure there are two-dozen reasons for PayPal to limit an account. You haven't provided the reason they limited your account, but you've assured us that it *isn't* related to the website.
So, say I buy your website, why would you think they'd lock *my* account? Their action on your account had nothing to do with the website, right?
