I hired this company to do an audit of our e-commerce web site and they wanted to put a survey on it.

I was a little skeptical at first, but some far the feedback has been pretty good.

66% of the users survey want lower prices.
What?! We cant have that, lol I wonder if the prices were rock bottom if they would want them lower still.

15.8% want a loyalty program.
So lower prices and now you want more? lol

Anyone else do a similar survey in the past?
