If walmart was going to pay me $30K, I'm sure a check would be just fine. If it is just ad space, it's not like some tangible antique car.

If you were going to receive a wire transfer, I would have 2 accounts.

1 that accepts wire transfers. This one I would give the account number and routing number to. The second would be my main business account that I do an internal transfer of funds.

I have never received a wire transfer, but that is how I would do it.
