Hi,

I'm trying to understand this whole new process to ship "lithium-ion" battery items properly. Does anyone have any experience shipping these type of items through DHL, FedEx, USPS?

For DHL, I found this *.pdf file:

One part where I get confused is for the "Step 4 – How many Batteries does your package have in total?" section that states "Helpful note: Do not confuse a package with an overpack. There are no restrictions for the number of packages (and therefore Batteries) per overpack.".

Just using this as an example, if I wanted to ship 10 iPads in 1 box; would that be considered "< 2 batteris" since each iPad only comes with 1 battery within each iPad box? Or would this be considered "> 2 batteries" since there are 10 batteris in 1 box?

For USPS, I found this URL link:

So just to verify that I'm understanding this correctly; this means that I can ship only 2 iPads in 1 box?
