@jrockfl - one of them is currently exempt so no time card needed and his job kind of straddles. He is supposed to work a 40 hour week. He works a set schedule. The part timer writes his hours on a sheet. Because of some of the work they do, I can audit the hours. However, I am looking at buying a biometric type time clock for both of them to use - keep them honest.
