Hanna - what I'm getting from your posts is that free shipping can pay off long-term if we offer it to a buying segment that results in more repeat sales than other segments. Would be segment apply to "brand loyal" customers or can it also apply to "price conscious" customers? I sell in a commodities industry which seems to result in more "price conscious" buyers than "brand loyal" buyers.
