Well, items 1,2, & 4 should be in place anyhow. If I can't call you then I won't order. Security is an no-brainer - it should be obvious and real. Toll free is nice but necessary IMHO as long as there is a number I can call to reach you. Special discounts? If your pricing is competitive then I wouldn't. What sells here will be the customer service and trustworthiness. Don't add on a bunch of soso tricks, provide a good product at a fair price and provide top-notch customer service. That will earn you more sales because people talk.
