I am looking for your feedback, I running a medical Ecommerce website, I have nearing 200 articles on my website, my traffic is also good on the pages, but conversion rate from the entire traffic is hardly 1%. Can you please guide or advice How I can have more conversion in Medical Ecommerce website. I am only targetting US traffic. I almost have 600 products on my website, those all are related to medicine. Do medical niche has less conversion rates?
I am not good ROI. Can you please help me ?

Can you suggest some better option on my ROI.
1. I did PPC but not effective land up facing loss.
2. Ran campign and others but no luck
3. Given special discounts but land up less conversion rates.
