the PP forums are FULL of angry people concerning this change in policy. I've had in my last 5 withdrawals

2 2-hour checks

I wonder if this is a european thing? My PP is UK and apparently new Euro regulations at the start of the year mean PP have to get withdrawals into customers' accounts in two hours and the suggestion is, this is PP's way of putting a spanner in the works.
