Hi,

I just launched a new services type website, and I'm getting some traffic to the site; however, no customer sign ups yet.

My competitors all charge a one-time registration fee; so I modeled my website to do the same but I've set a slightly lower one-time registration fee than my competitors.

I'm debating on lowering my one-time registration fee even more or eliminating it all together.

I know that my competitors are getting new customers with the one-time registration fee in place; so I'm wondering why I'm not getting sign ups as well? Could it be due to my website being just launched?
