A federal judge has dismissed a big patent lawsuit against web retailers. "After nearly two years of litigation, some of the biggest names in e-commerce have won a key patent infringement case against Kelora Systems LLC. This has to do with online shopping "parametric search", (search by Price, Color, Size, etc), to locate a product within a family of products.
