Probably little to nothing for most small businesses. These lawsuits tend to vary from struggling companies seeking to win billions of dollars to tit-for-tat lawsuits, neither of which affects most of us. Oracle, Yahoo, etc. likely don't have the initiative (let alone the legal grounds) to actually seek out royalties at this point from small businesses.
