I sent a package to a customer in Canada one time and it was returned to me 8 months later. No explanation or anything on it.
Here comes the non receipt emails! I just received two day. Both live in apartment complex.
Look what these have in common. USPS telling them to contact the sender. Their way of saying not our problem?
"The person I talked to told me that if they can't find then to contact you again"
"However I have not received anything. I called the post office & was told to contact the sender to find out where my order was."
