My business is a sole proprietorship. I've read that an LLC is a better way to go so I'd like to convert. Would you use LegalZoom for this? My Dad is a lawyer actually, he's done some LLCs and he's offered to do mine, but I wonder if LegalZoom could actually be a better choice.

I have no experience with legal matters so I'm not sure of the sorts of things I'll run into with this. What do you think guys?
