Yes, very true...
I'm trying to categorize each payment option that I've been looking at; let me know if this right to you.
Moneybookers / PayPal: I think these two are basically the same, but Moneybookers might do a better job accepting international customers?
WorldPay: I talked to them and I would use Authorize.Net as the internet payment gateway, and I guess WorldPay would be my merchant account/payment processor in 1 instead of using 2 seperate companies for each.
2Checkout: I know 2CO offers their own internet payment gateway, but I'm not sure where they fall as being a merchant account provider or payment processor. I'm not sure if they just use a payment processor like First Data or they have their own setup.
CyberSource: I haven't heard a reply back from them; so I'm not sure where they fall in this whole payment structure. Do they provide their own internet payment gateway or would I just use Authorize.Net? Are they the merchant account provider and payment processor in one company?
Each of these that I've spoke to say they have fraud measures in place besides using AVS/CVV. I like how 2Checkout outlines all the other tools they use to spot fraud orders.
Based on your experience, which one of these do you believe would be the best to use for international customers?
I guess there is also Google Checkout and Checkout by Amazon that I can look into as well, but don't know if they will be worth looking into for international customers.
