the phone number given on that page, is here in France ..but may well redirect,( as many French services of large International corporations do ) to my home country, Ireland..I have just tried again to get through to them to confirm that it was indeed the service that you guys were trying to reach ..the number is still ringing "busy" ..suggest you ask them your questions via email...even if you speak French many commercial terms here are "left in English" , so the "bilingual" seller's service may spare you any possible confusion with "terminology" ..
