Anyone know of a PHP shopping cart with membership pricing functionality built in?

Working on a site that has a membership discount program. I have come across a couple carts that get most of the way there, but the process of adding a customer to a "pricing group" is manual. Looking for something more automated. The memberships also need to be time based with reoccurring billing.

Also, looking for something that shows: list price, nonmember price, and membership price.

Suggestions?
