Generally, you can put a sign on the door or in a location seen but where it cannot be tampered with saying, "No UPS Deliveries".

If they leave the package you can always NOT open the package, call UPS with the tracking number, get proof online that they just dropped it off and that no one signed for it, except maybe the driver and have them pick it up and return to sender at no charge to you. Etc.
