Hi,

I never refused a shipment before, but just for future reference how does this process work?

I know most of the time my shipping carrier just leaves my package on my steps when I order something online; so how would I be able to refuse shipment on this package if it's left at my house?

Also, when you refuse a package; does the sender get charged with the shipping costs to return the package?
